Department of Electrical Engineering

At the beginning of the new school year, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the warmest greetings and best wishes to the esteemed professors, sympathetic staff and dear students, especially the new friends of the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral courses.
Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Amir Kabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) is one of the oldest scientific centers in Iran, which has had the honor of cultivating many enduring figures and great intellectuals of this region for the past half century.
The faculty started with two majors in electronics and power at the undergraduate level and now offers its educational and research services in four majors: electronics, power, control and telecommunications at the undergraduate level, at the master's level with eleven majors and at the doctoral level in all majors.
The faculty is also very active in the field of research and conducting research-industrial projects and has four scientific poles and two affiliated research institutes.
Close communication with capable graduates and providing a platform for benefiting from their experiences is one of the characteristics of this faculty.
The presence of well-known professors, skilled professionals and compassionate staff in this faculty provides a unique opportunity for each student to be able to have a fruitful time and a bright future during their studies with the help of God.
